Niger Delta militants under the aegis of the Niger Delta Volunteers, NDV, have warned the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, to steer clear of Akwa Ibom State.

Pioneer of NDV, General Ekpo issued the notice while tending to Journalists in Uyo, the State capital.
