The Nigerian Army said that it killed six terrorists in Dikwa Local Government Area of Borno during an operation to dislodge the remnant of Boko Haram insurgents in the state.
Brig. Gen. Sani Usman, the Director, Army Public Relations, in an announcement in Maiduguri on Wednesday, unveiled that the radicals were killed on Monday
"Troops of 22 Brigade Dikwa under 7 Division of Operation LAFIA DOLE in conjunction with Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), trapped speculated Boko Haram fear based oppressors amongst Bulabirin and Mongole towns in the territory.
"Amid the experience, the troops killed six fear based oppressors, while a few others maintained different degrees of wounds," it uncovered.
Kukasheka clarified that the troops recuperated six bikes, three dane firearms and one cleaver from the radicals.
He repeated the dedication of the Nigerian Army to support the beat and clear unrepentant Boko Haram radicals from the shores of Nigeria.
