IBADAN – TWO 30-year old men including the father who wanted to sell his son in order to raise money for the burial arrangement of his mother, were Wednesday arraigned in Iyaganku Magistrate Court, Ibadan.
The names of the accused persons were listed as Haruna sule and his close friend Abdulfatai Quadri. The two were arraigned on a two-count charge of ganging up and alleged attempt to sell his six-year old son.
When the charges were read to the accused, they pleaded not guilty. The funing incident happened at Agbowo area of Ogbomoso on July 12, 2017.
