Awka —THE Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, said yesterday that it would collaborate with other Biafra agitators to adopt new strategies in a renewed vigour for the actualization of Biafra Republic.
MASSOB leader, Comrade Uchenna Madu said in a statement that the new strategies and consolidation would be anchored on the principle of non violence which, according to him, would soon be unveiled.
Members of the Movement for the Survival of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) during their rally to mark the 17th anniversary of the movement, yesterday, in Awka, Anambra State.
He said: “The coming together of pro- Biafra groups will multiply our synergies and double our consistent efforts towards Biafra actualization and restoration through our undying demand and pressure for a referendum that will determine our stake in Biafra project
"We wish to help the citizens and tenants to remember this geological articulation called Nigeria by the British pilgrim masters that God did not make us as Nigerians or that our progenitors picked the name called Nigeria. We acquired and tied down our names through our local, social and customary slants. It is just puppies and other household pets that hold and keep up names given to them by their rulers and owners.
