Two persons were confirmed dead in a road
accident involving a blue Toyota Corolla car
and a Toyota picnic bus at Olodo area, on
Abeokuta-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun State.Mr. Babatunde Akinbiyi, the Public Relations
Officer of Traffic Compliance and En-
forcement Agency, TRACE, in Ogun, affirmed
the mishap in Abeokuta, yesterday.
Akinbiyi clarified that the mishap happened
Monday evening because of wrong surpassing by
the driver of the Toyota Corolla.
Akinbiyi stated: "The mishap included a Toyota
Corolla auto with number plates KSF 846 EF
what's more, a Toyota excursion transport; RLG 61 AA.
"The driver of the Toyota Corolla auto attempted to
surpass the Toyota Picnic space transport, which
brought about a crash.
"The vehicles had three travelers each—
three guys and three females. In any case, the drivers
kicked the bucket in the mishap."
The authority said the casualties were taken to
Omo Arewa Clinic in Odeda, while one female,
in basic condition, was raced to Federal
Therapeutic Center, Idi-Aba, Abeokuta.
